天津樂仁堂制藥廠是我國(guó)中藥行業(yè)著名的老字號(hào)，由聞名清史的“樂家老鋪”傳人樂佑申先生于1921年創(chuàng)辦，經(jīng)過近一個(gè)世紀(jì)的發(fā)展，天津樂仁堂已成為國(guó)有重點(diǎn)企業(yè)。

制藥生產(chǎn)需用到大量的高質(zhì)量蒸汽對(duì)原材料藥材以及器械設(shè)備進(jìn)行高溫滅菌處理，這也是制藥生產(chǎn)重要的環(huán)節(jié)，同時(shí)還有加熱、濃縮、干燥等眾多環(huán)節(jié)，樂仁堂生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品包括“六味地黃丸”、“海馬補(bǔ)腎丸”、“烏雞白鳳片”等大眾熟知的優(yōu)質(zhì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典名藥。

2015年樂仁堂購(gòu)買了富爾頓三臺(tái)臥式天然氣蒸汽鍋爐，兩臺(tái)FBS4-1.0（4T/H），一臺(tái)FBS2-1.0（2T/H）。從鍋爐房系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化、開始安裝到調(diào)試運(yùn)行，全程由專業(yè)隊(duì)伍完成，四年多來，一直安全高效穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，無異常情況。為降低排煙溫度，減少運(yùn)行成本，在煙道尾部配置了節(jié)能設(shè)備，為客戶節(jié)省了近10%的燃?xì)赓M(fèi)用。

該系列鍋爐采用波紋爐膽，增大了傳熱面積，同時(shí)還降低了熱應(yīng)力，提高鍋爐的安全性；自動(dòng)化的控制，可以長(zhǎng)期24小時(shí)無人值守安全運(yùn)行，大大減輕了司爐工的工作量。

In 2015, Lerentang purchased three horizontal natural gas steam boilers from Fulton, two units of FBS4-1.0 (4T/H) and one unit of FBS2-1.0 (2T/H). The entire process, from design and optimization of the boiler room system to initial installation to commissioning and operation, was completed by a professional team. For over four years, the boilers have been operated safely, efficiently, and stably without any abnormalities. To lower the exhaust gas temperature and reduce operating costs, energy-saving equipments are installed at the end of the flue, saving nearly 10% of gas costs for customer.
